As we continue in our efforts to provide our patients with the highest quality of care, we are also looking for methods to improve our communication with our parents and patients. We know how busy a parent’s schedule can get. The Patient Portal enables our parents or guardians to access their child’s health information and communicate with the staff easily, safely and securely via the internet.
Participating families are given secured User ID’s and passwords, enabling a parent to access the Portal to:
- Request Prescription Refills
- Request Referrals to a Specialist
- View Select Labs Results
- Receive Patient Reminders
- Review current billing statements
- “Ask the Nurse” General, Non-Urgent medical questions
- Request appointments that are not same day appointments for example:
- Well Child/Sports Physical Appointments
- Medication Recheck Appointments
To sign up for this service, please ask the receptionist for our Patient Portal Agreement form and please provide your current email address to the receptionist.
